Building Blocks is a charity run by West Midlands Police and the Police and Crime Commissioner.

How does Building Blocks help?

It funds youth projects, such as the Police Cadet Scheme in the West Midlands police force area, as well as other schemes with a particular emphasis on reducing drug abuse and diverting young people from crime. It aims to give vulnerable young people access to appropriate and high-quality services, regardless of their background.

Building Blocks aims to educate the public, especially young people, about the effects of crime including matters related to alcohol, drug and solvent abuse. We also support young people’s mental, moral and physical development whilst working to improve public safety and quality of life by preventing crime and protecting people and property.

How to donate

If you would like to donate to Building Blocks, please click on the donate button below. This will take you to an online form to complete. A member of our team will then get back to you regarding the next steps, in order to process your application.

If your company choses to donate to Building Blocks, not only will you be able to consider tax advantages as a result of the donation, but you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your logo on this page in support of our cause. This not only highlights your commitment to making a difference but also helps raise your public visibility within the West Midlands, as well as being something that you can report on in the “social value” of any tendering or contracting process.
