Do you have analytical skills, thrive on detail and enjoy collaborative working?
We are looking for a Performance Officer to provide data capture, manipulation and administrative services, to include the development and maintenance of performance systems and dashboards.
The Performance officer will support the Performance team by providing accurate, evidenced information that informs the OPCC position on overall Force performance.
The successful applicant will have the ability to maintain relevant dashboards, spreadsheets and systems to ensure they are accurate and up to date information is available to those who require it. They will monitor trends and anomalies, report findings accurately and appropriately.
They will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery of the Commissioners Police and Crime Plan.
